MEMBERSHIP
CDM Wholesale is a strict wholesale operation.  In order to protect our wholesale customers (buying members), we allow only registered businesses to shop.  Once registered, a photo ID card will be given to each buying member which will be required to enter the store. 

Registration Process:
1.      Print membership application and PA Exemption certificate here.
2.      Fax both completed forms and a copy of your resale tax certificate to 717-656-0189
3.      Additional buyers will need to present proof of employment with the registering company. (W-2, company payroll check, personalized business card, company credit card with employee's name)

CDM Wholesale has the right to accept or deny any registration application for any reason.

POLICIES

Guests: CDM is a working industry warehouse, guests and children are not permitted at any time. We have a lounge for anyone who may be traveling, but is not permitted in the warehouse.

Payment: Cash, business check, Visa, Master Card or Discover

Shipping: All online shopping orders are shipped via FedEx. We will only ship merchandise to the business address listed on your account. WE DO NOT DROP SHIP. If your business has moved, please contact customer service and provide proof of the new address so we may continue shipping orders to you.

Product Availability: Every attempt is made to keep everyday merchandise well stocked. Seasonal merchandise availability cannot be guaranteed. Please feel free to ask an associate about a specific item if you have any questions or requests.

Returns: We can not guarantee the salability of our items, therefore choose carefully when purchasing.  We allow returns within three business days for an exchange of the same item only. Damaged merchandise or incorrect shipment of merchandise are included in this category. When you receive a shipment from us, it is your responsibly to check the shipment for damages and to ensure the completeness of your order

PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AWAY UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY A CDM EMPLOYEE.

CDM has the right to issue a call tag at our discretion for any dollar amount.


CDM makes every possible attempt to properly package and protect the items that we are shipping to you. If for any reason, merchandise arrives damaged, please notify CDM immediately. Below is a breakdown of how we will handle damages merchandise.


US Orders

$15.00 and over a call tag will be issued.

$15.00 and under a credit will be issued.


Canada Orders

$25.00 and over a call tag will be issued.

$25.00 and under a credit will be issued.
