CDM Wholesale is a strict wholesale operation. In
order to protect our wholesale customers (buying members), we allow
only registered businesses to shop. Once registered, a photo ID
card will be given to each buying member which will be required to
enter the store.
Guests are not allowed, even if
accompanied by a registered member.
Also, because this is a working warehouse,
no children are allowed in CDM Wholesale at any time.
Registration is fast and easy if the following business
credentials are presented with the application: |

1. A copy of your resale tax certificate. |
2. Two forms of company ID from the following list:
Your business card or letterhead
A voided company check
A copy of your federal ID number
Yellow page business listing
Recent buying invoice |
For each employee registering as a buyer for your company,
we require one proof of employment from the list below: |
A W-2 form, showing company's name
A copy of company payroll check
Personalized, imprinted business card
Company credit card with both the company and employee's names. |
CDM Wholesale has the right to accept or deny any
registration application for any reason. |
